What Is a Product Subscription?

A product subscription allows you to receive selected products automatically on a recurring schedule. Once set up, your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen delivery frequency.
Auto-renew or cancel anytime. View our shipping policy. Subscriptions will be available on debit card, credit card and direct debit authority from bank account. If you are a NDIS participant plan managed by Disability Australia Group we can invoice NDIA on a recurring basis for you.
Step 1

Choose Subscription Product

Browse our range of products or click here for the Subscription Products option to get started. These are products commonly used on a regular basis and suitable for repeat delivery.
You can:
  • Click here for the Subscription Products
  • Browse by category
  • View subscription options on the product detail page
Once you find the product you need, select it to view the available subscription options.
Step 2

Select your Delivery Schedule

On the product page, choose how often you’d like the product delivered. We offer flexible delivery schedules to suit different needs:
  • Every 3 weeks
  • Every 6 weeks
  • Every 9 weeks
  • Every 12 weeks
You can change your delivery frequency later if your needs change.
Step 3

Complete Your Purchase

Once you’ve selected your product and delivery schedule, add the subscription to your cart and proceed to checkout.
At checkout:
  • Subscriptions are available with debit cards, credit cards and direct debit authority from bank account.
  • Your card will be securely saved for future recurring orders
  • No additional setup is required
After checkout, your subscription will be activated automatically and prepared for scheduled delivery.
Step 4

Manage Anytime

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into My Account.
From your account, you can:
  • Pause or cancel your subscription
  • Update your payment details
  • Update your delivery address
There are no lock-in commitments, and you remain in full control of your subscription at all times.
